You can use this site to book:
- an appointment to register a Birth
- an appointment to register a Death
- a Marriage or Civil Partnership
- an appointment to give Notice of Marriage or Civil Partnership
If you need to register a baby born more than 42 days ago, a still born baby the birth and death of a baby or have any problems when booking please contact us on 0345 045 1363 (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays).
If you have already registered and want more certificates you must not book an appointment, but order them online.
